If you had an account on our old website, and are using our new website for the first time, you will need to request a new password using the “Forget my password” link on the login page. A link will be emailed to you using the e-mail address associated with your account. If you have any issues obtaining a new password, please contact Customer Service at custservice@worthington-biochem.com or you can send us a support ticket by using the "Support" page on our website at the following link: https://www.worthington-biochem.com/support/customer/order-assistance.

To add a credit card payment to an order that’s been submitted log into your account and choose “Payment methods” click on “Add Payment Method” after entering your credit card and billing info click on “Save”. Then send custservice@worthington-biochem.com an e-mail with the order number and include the last 4 digits of the card that you want to be charged if you have more than one card on file.

You can enter a lot number for each item you add to your cart on the shopping cart page. You will find the field to the left of the “Qty” box for each item, labeled “Requested Lot Number”.

We encourage our customers to purchase our products through one of our many distributors. They're familiar with the importation of biological products in their country and are able to navigate the often confusing regulations that apply. Our website will not accept an order from a country where we have a distributor. Our distributors often have to obtain an import license. They are also responsible for paying the shipping charges along with any VAT taxes and Importation Fees that may apply. These charges can be considered and would be passed on to you if you made the purchase directly from Worthington.
