New Improved Product Labeling

Please be advised that Worthington Biochemical will be implementing new and improved product labeling which will also be in compliance with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29CFR 1910.1200 (HCS) to align with the UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).

Worthington’s new label format will include all of the previous product label information in addition to the potential hazard requirements specified by the OSHA and GHS standards. 

This change is being implemented as a result of new OSHA and GHS standards and our ongoing continuous product and packaging improvement efforts. There will be no changes to existing products, processes or other packaging components.

Products with the new labeling will begin shipping this month and be fully implemented by June 1, 2015, as required by the GHS and OSHA regulations.  Please contact your Sales Representative or Worthington Customer or Technical Service if any additional information is required.
